As you are probably aware, the Chamber recently held a 4th of July
celebration in Central Park. This event was put together on very
short notice, and we were pleased with the outcome.
The purpose of this letter is to commend Steve Beachy of your Parks
and Recreation Department for his invaluable assistance with our
program. I have worked with many people during my career with the
Chamber, and Steve tops the list. He was always accommodating,
pleasant, thorough, never got flustered, and anticipated our every
need. His attitude is reflected in his staff as they were all very
enjoyable to work with also.
I am sure you are well aware of Steve's value to the City of
College Station, but I did want to say thank you for all his help.
