Robertson Survey, Abstract No. 202, in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being a part of that 1152.60 acre tract conveyed to Young Brothers, Inc., Contractors by deed recorded in Volume 1238, Page 179 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, being an easement twenty feet (20') in width lying ten feet (10') each side of the following described centerline: Commencing in the northeast line Pebble Creek phase 1A addition to the City of College Station, Texas, according to plat of record in Volume 1224, Page 559 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, at the intersection of said northeast line and an existing 18" Sanitary Sewer, S 39' 34' 29" E - 866.4 feet from the most northerly corner of the said Pebble Creek phase 1A.
