being situated in the S.W. ROBERTSON LEAGUE, Abstract No.
202, Brazos County, Texas, being the same tract conveyed to
Royce M. Bordman et ux, by deed recorded in Volume 519, Page
254, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the northeast: line of
Arrington Road at the most westerly corner of the said Bord-
man tract which is also the most southerly corner of that
2 . 443 acre tract conveyed to Danny C. Lackey by Contract of
Sale recorded in Volume 844, page 265, of the Official
Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE S 2° 44 ' 01" E - 653 . 91 feet along the northeast line
of Arrington Road to an iron rod found at the most southerly
corner of the said Bordman tract which is also the most
westerly corner of that 20. 36 acre tract conveyed to Joann
Mardecz and described in Volume 783, page 94 of the Official
Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 87° 24' 57" E - 665. 79 feet along the line between
the said Bordman tract and the said Mardecz tract to an iron
rod found at the most northerly corner of the said Mardecz
tract which is also the most westerly corner of that 18 . 52
acre tract conveyed to Lucille Hill by deed recorded in Vol-
ume 410, page 138 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas;
THENCE N 50° 50' 48" E - 266. 28 feet along the line between
the said Bordman tract and the said Hill tract to an iron
rod set at the most easterly corner of the said Bordman
tract which is also the most southerly corner of that

recorded in Volume 519, page 257 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 38° 45' 16" W - 411. 53 feet along the line between
the said Bordman tract and the said Downey tract to an iron
rod found at the most westerly corner of the said Downey
tract in the southeast line of that 7. 3894 acre tract con-
veyed to James W. Gray by deed recorded in Volume 1135, page

J.E. Marsh, dated April 28, 1940, recorded in Volume 103 ,
page 279, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. Title to
this reservation has not been investigated subsequent to
date thereof.
