THAT, SYED N. HYDER, and wife, MUNEER HYDER, GRANTORS, of the
County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the
payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good and valu-
able consideration, in hand paid to GRANTORS by the CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do

Texas Municipal Corporation, certain rights and interests in the
nature of a Temporary Construction EASEMENT on and through the

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Lot 6, Block 3
Dobrovolny Subdivision
Being a strip of land 20 feet wide for a temporary con-
struction easement situated in the C. Burnett League,
Abstract No. 7, Brazos County, Texas, and being a part
of Lot 6, Block 3 of the Dobrovolny Subdivision of the
City of College Station, Texas, as recorded in Volume
318, Page 227 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, the centerline of said sanitary sewer line ease-
ment being more fully described as follows :
COMMENCING at the southeastern corner of said lot;
THENCE N 25°27' E 40. 5 feet to the centerline of an
existing 16" sewer line, said point also being in the
eastern property line of said lot and the POINT OF BE-
GINNING of this Description;
THENCE N 62 °57 ' W 73. 7 feet to a point in the western
line of said lot, said point also being N 00 °03 ' 14" W
22. 2 feet from the southwestern corner and the end of
this 20-foot construction easement Description and con-
taining 0. 04 acres of land, more or less.
