KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
That, FREDDIE L. CURRY and wife, GLADYS M. CURRY, GRANTORS, of
the County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration of
the payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, and other good and valu-
able consideration, in hand paid to GRANTORS by the CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged , have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do
GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, a
Texas Municipal Corporation, certain rights and interests in the
nature of a perpetual EASEMENT on and through the following
described property:
Being a strip of land in the Robert Stevenson
League in Brazos County, Texas, twenty five (25 ' )
feet in width through that 1 . 00 acre tract conveyed
to Freddie L. Curry by deed recorded in Volume 439
Page 546 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas.
Provided, however, that this conveyance shall grant the rights
herein specified only as to that portion of the above described
property more particularly described by course, width, and
centerline on the attached Exhibit "A" , known as the "Easement
Area" , and any additional area outside the easement area neces-
necessaryto nandlincidentand ttohtheequipment, hwires, and anchors

To erect, construct, install , and thereafter use, operate,
inspect, repair, maintain, reconstruct, modify, and remove the he

Water lines and sanitary sewer lines, connecting
lines, access facilities, and related equipment;
Storm sewers and collection facilities;
Television, telephone, and communications lines;
Drainage ditches, drainage pipes and all other
drainage structures, surface and subsurface;

STATION, TEXAS, and its successors and assigns, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim same, or any
part thereof.

Being a strip of land in the Robert Stevenson League in Brazos County,
Texas, twenty five (25 ' ) feet in width through that 1 .00 acre tract
conveyed to Freddie L. Curry by deed recorded in Volume 439, Page 546
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and lying twelve and
one-half (12. 5 ' ) feet each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning in the northwest line of the said Curry 1 .00 acre tract,
which is also the southeast line of that 12. 934 acre , tract conveyed to
David W. Scarmardo, et al, by deed recorded in Volume 482, Page 806 of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas , at a point located N 48
degrees 15 ' 56" E - 12 . 7 feet from an iron rod found in the northeast
right-of-way line of State Highway No. 6 at the most westerly corner
of the said Curry tract.
Thence S 32 degrees 21 ' 25 " E - 125 . 0
ect, feet through the said Curry
parallel to and 12 . 5 feet from the northeast right-of-way line
of State Highway No . 6 , to the end of this easement in the southeast
line of the said Curry tract which is also the northwest line of Rock
Prairie Road, at a point located N 48 degrees 21 ' 57"
from an iron rod found in the northeast right-of-wayEline of State
Highway No. 6 at the most southerly corner of the said Curry tract .
