Being a 20-foot wide sanitary sewer line easement to be deleted, said
easement being the western portion of a 20-foot wide strip of land for
a sanitary sewer line easement conveyed to the City of College Station,
Texas, by Victoria Kapchinski as recorded in Volume 335, Page 461 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, situated in the Morgan Rector
League, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas; said

to be deleted also being presently situated in a 15.Oacre tract eof eland
conveyed to Ronald E. Holmes and wife Laura by deed recorded in
Volume 617, Page 653 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; the
