Satterwhite by deed recorded in Volume 430, Page 237 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows : Beginning at an iron rod found in the south- east line of Miller' s Lane at the most north- erly corner of the said Satterwhite tract which is also in the southwest line of that a tract conveyed to Jeff E. re- corded in Voluume 447, Page 435rofytheed Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. Thence S 42 degrees 57 ' 51 " along the southeast line of Miller' slLanetto an iron rod found at the common corner of the said Lot 5A and Lot 5B of the said resubdivi- sion, which is the most westerly corner of the said Satterwhite tract; Thence S 48 degrees 34 ' 24" feet along the southwest line of the saidlSatter- white tract to a point for corner; Thence N 43 degrees 04 ' 05 " E through the said Satterwhite tract.to anet iron rod set for corner in the line between the ssaadt Satterwhite tract and the said Parker - 1 - ry Thence N 48 degrees 36 ' 05 " W - 15 . 36 feet along the line between the said Satterwhite tract and the said Parker tract to the Point of Beginning and containing 1 ,268 square feet of land more or less.
