That CHARLES LARRY SATTERWHITE and wife, SANDRA ANN
SATTERWHITE, GRANTORS, of the County of Brazos and State of Texas
for and in consideration of the sum of TEN and NO/100 ($10 . 00 )
DOLLARS and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid
by the GRANTEE herein named , the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged , have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these
presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, a Texas Municipal Corporation, of the County of Brazos
and State of Texas, all of the following described real property
in Brazos County, Texas, to-wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector
League in College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, being part of Lot 5A of the Resubdivi-
sion of Lake View Acres, an addition to the
City of College Station, Texas, according to
plat of record in Volume 448 , Page 607 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and
being part of that tract conveyed to Charles
L. Satterwhite by deed recorded in Volume
430, Page 237 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at an iron rod found in the south-
east line of Miller' s Lane at the most north-
erly corner of the said Satterwhite tract
which is also in the southwest line of that

Records of Brazos County, Texas.

an iron rod found at the common corner of the

anywise belonging, unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns forever; and GRANTORS do hereby bind themselves, their
heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND
all and singular the said premises unto the said GRANTEE, its
successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
