THAT, DUSZAN PONIZ , individually, GRANTOR, of the County of
Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the payment
of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid to GRANTOR by the CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, SELL,
and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, a Texas
Municipal Corporation, certain rights and interests in the nature
of a perpetual EASEMENT on and through the following described
property:
Being all that certain ten foot wide easement,
lying and being situated in the Richard Carter
League, Abstract No. 8, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 53 ,
College Hills Woodlands, an addition to the
City of College Station, Texas, as Recorded in
Volume 104, Page 03 of the Official Records of
Brazos County, Texas.
Provided, however, that this conveyance shall

STATION, TEXAS, and its successors and assigns, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim same, or any
part thereof.

COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
Being all that certain ten foot wide easement, lying and being situated
in the Richard Carter League, Abstract No. 8, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, and being a portion of Lot 53, College Hills Woodlands, an addition to
the City of College Station, Texas, as recorded in Volume 104, Page 03 of the
Official Records of Brazos County, Texas,lsaid easement being a strip of land
ten feet in width, lying northwest of, adjacent to , and running parallel
with the following described line:
COMMENCING at the west corner of Lot 54, College Hills Woodlands, said
corner lying in the northeast right—of—way line of Marsteller Avenue;
THENCE in a northwesterly direction with said right—of—way line for a
distance of 3.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
