KNOW ALL MEN DY THESE/PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT, JACK E. WINSLOW and JACK E. WINSLOW, JR. , GRANTORS, of the
County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the
payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good and valu-
able consideration, in hand paid to GRANTORS by the CITY OF COL-
LEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ,
have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT,
SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, a Texas
Municipal Corporation, certain rights and interests in the nature
of a perpetual EASEMENT on and through the following described
property:
Being a strip of land in the Robert Stevenson League
in Brazos County, Texas, ten ( 10 ' ) feet in width
through that 3.0 acre tract conveyed to Jack F.
Winslow and Jack F. Winslow, Jr. by deed recorded in
Volume 301 , Page 787 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas.
Provided, however, that this conveyance shall

ROBERT STEVENSON LEAGUE
BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
31 JANUARY 1985
Being a strip of land in the Robert Stevenson League in Brazos County,
Texas, ten (10 ' ) feet in width through that 3 .0 acre tract conveyed to
Jack E. Winslow and Jack E. Winslow, Jr. by deed recorded in Volume
301, Page 787 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and lying
five (5 ' ) feet each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning in the northwest line of Graham Road at a point located N 40
degrees 43 ' 26" E - 5 . 2 feet from the most southerly corner of the
said Winslow 3 . 0 acre tract which is a common corner with the Area
Progress Corporation 51 .05 acre tract described by deed recorded in
1 " Volume 429, Page 769 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas .
Thence N 32 degrees 18 ' 49" W - 313 . 1 feet, 5 ' from and parallel to
the line between the said Area Progress Corporation 51 .05 acre tract
and the said Jack Winslow 3 .0 acre tract, to the end of this easement
in the northwest line of the said Winslow tract at a point located N
40 degrees 43 ' 37" E - 5 . 2 feet from the most westerly corner of the
said Winslow tract.
