BEGINNING at an "X" found in a concrete drive in the southeast
line of Miller' s Lane at the common corner of Lot 8A1 and Lot 8A2 of said
resubdivision, which is the most westerly corner of the said Home Finder
Realty tract and the most northerly corner of that tract conveyed to
James R. Jackson, et ux, by deed recorded in Volume 561 , Page 353 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
THENCE S 49° 02 ' 14" E - 18.56 feet along the line between said
Lot 8A1 and Lot 8A2 to a point for corner;
THENCE N 43 ° 04 ' 05" E - 185.72 feet through the said Home
Finder Realty tract to a point for corner in the line between the said
Home Finder Realty tract and that tract conveyed to Dan E. Williams by
deed recorded in Volume 398, Page 130 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas;
THENCE N 49° 00 ' 14" W - 17.94 feet along the line between the
said Home Finder Realty tract and the said Williams tract to an iron rod
found in the southeast line of Miller' s Lane;
THENCE S 43° 15 ' 32" W - 185.76 feet along the southeast line
of Miller' s' to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 3,388 square
feet of land more or less.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO all recorded easements, conditions,
covenants, restrictions, and reservations affecting the use and occupancy
of the property above described; any reservation as to oil, gas and other
minerals, and any oil and gas leases; and the zoning laws and other re-
strictions, regulations, ordinances and statutes of municipal or other
governmental authorities applicable to and enforceable against the de-
