THAT the undersigned , of the County of Brazos and State
of Texas, the present legal and equitable owner and holder of
that one certain promissory note in the original principal sum of
$28, 000.00, dated November 17, 1978, executed by Gus F. White and
wife , Doris White , payable to the order of Community Savings and
Loan Association , more fully described in a Deed of Trust , duly
recorded in Volume 248 , Page 146 , of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas; said note being secured by said Deed of Trust
against, AMONG OTHER PROPERTY, the property as described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated herein for all
purposes.
For a

acknowledged, the undersigned hereby EXPRESSLY SUBORDINATES the
above-described lien to the easement and right-of-way heretofore
or contemporaneously granted to the City of College Station by a
document executed by Gus Fagan White , and recorded in the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas .
It is expressly agreed and understood that this
SUBORDINATION shall in no wise release, affect or impair said
lien or liens against any other property or owner of any
interest therein, nor shall the priority of said lien or liens be
affected except as to the City of College Station .

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT, DWAYNE L. RHEA and wife, JEWELL T. RHEA, GRANTORS, of the
County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the
payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good and valu-
able consideration, in hand paid to GRANTORS by the CITY OF COL-
LEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT,
SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, a Texas
Municipal Corporation, certain rights and interests in the nature
of a perpetual EASEMENT on and through the following described
property:
Being a twenty foot ( 20 ' ) wide strip of land through
that 15 acre tract in the Robert Stevenson League in
Brazos County, Texas, conveyed to Dwayne L. Rhea by
Deed recorded in Volume 421 , Page 234 , of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Provided , however, that this conveyance shall

Area" , and any additional area outside the easement area neces-
sary to install and attach equipment, guy wires, and anchors

spect, repair, maintain, reconstruct, modify, and remove the
following:
Electric transmission and distribution lines;
upon, over, and across said property as herein described and any
ways, streets, roads, or alleys abutting same; and to cut, trim
and control the
growth of trees and other vegetation on and in
the easement area or on adjoining property of GRANTORS, which
might interfere with or threaten the operation and maintenanc
any public utility equipment, accessories, or operations. e sof
understood and agreed that any and all equipment and facilities
placed upon said property shall remain the
property of GRANTEE.
GRANTORS expressly subordinate all rights of surface use incident
to the mineral estate to the above described uses of said surface
