KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT, PETER D. WILLIAMSON and wife, CAROL IVY WILLIAMSON,
GRANTORS, of the County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in
consideration of the payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid to GRANTORS
by the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these
presents do GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, a Texas Municipal Corporation, certain rights and
interests in the nature of a perpetual EASEMENT on and through
the following described property:
Being a strip of land twenty feet ( 20 ' ) wide for a
public utility easement situated in the Maria Kegans
League, Abstract No. 28, Brazos County, Texas, of a
0.7 acre tract conveyed to Peter D.

Records of Brazos county, Texas.
Provided, however, that this conveyance shall

PETER D. WILLIAMSON TRACT
''Being a strip of land 20-foot wide for a permanent public utility
easement situated in the Maria Kegans League, Abstract No. 28,
Brazos County, Texas, of a 0.7 acre tract conveyed to Peter D.
Williamson by deed recorded in Volume 569, Page 61 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas. The centerline of said 20-foot
easement being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin for the most southerly corner of said
Williamson tract, same being the most easterly corner of the
Gillespie tract; Thence northwest 32.2 feet, more or less, along
the southwest property line of said Williamson tract to the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
THENCE N 37°02'42" E 311.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 50°13'48" W 33.5 feet to a
point
line of said Williamson tract and a 1.707 acre tracto ommon nveyedptoty

Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
