THAT, ARAPAHO, LTD. , a Texas Limited Partnership, GRANTOR, of the
County of Brazos, State of Texas , for and in consideration of the
payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good and
valuable consideration , in hand paid to GRANTOR by the CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged , has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these
presents does GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, a Texas Municipal Corporation , certain rights
and interests in the nature of a perpetual EASEMENT on and
through the following described property:
Being all that certain 1 . 38 acre tract of
land , situated in the Crawford Burnett League ,
Abstract No . 7, College Station , Brazos
County, Texas, and being a portion of a 58 . 30
acre tract conveyed to Arapaho , Ltd . , by Deed
recorded in Volume 354 , Page 416 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas .
Provided , however , that this conveyance shall
herein specified only as to thatgrant the rights

COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
Being all that certain 1.38 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and
being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract No. 7, College
Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being a portion of a 58.30 acre tract
conveyed by Raymond Gorzycki to Arapaho, Ltd., by deed recorded in Volume
354, Page 416 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, save and
except that portion previously dedicated as right-of-way for Holleman Drive,
and being more particularly described by metes and bouds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found marking the southeast corner of Lot
1, Block 1, Walden Pond Townhomes, as shown by plat recorded in Volume 669,
Page 661, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas ;
