GILLESPIE TRACT Being a strip of land 20-foot wide for a permanent public utility easement situated in the Maria Kegans .League, Abstract No. 28, Brazos County, Texas, of three (3) tracts of land conveyed to Betty R. Gillespie by deed recorded in Volume 3 Page 813, Volume 356, Page 86, and Volume -3_63, Page 199 of the Deed Records of Braz s County, Texas. The centerline of said 20-foot ease- ment being more fully described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin on the southeast right-of-way line of State Highway 30, said iron pin being the most northwesterly corner of said Gillespie tracts; Thence southeast 360.9 feet, more or less, along the southwest property line of said Gillespie tracts to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 37°02'42" E 111.6 feet to a point on the common property line of said Gillespie tracts and a 0.7 acre tract conveyed to Peter D. Williamson by deed recorded in Volume 569, Page 61 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and the end of this easement, said point also being northwest 32.2 feet, common property line of said Gillespie and tractsalong the iron pin at the common corner of said Gillespie and Williamson tracts. An additional easement for construction purposes is granted for one (1) year from the date hereon, said construction easement being a 50-foot strip of land whose southeasterly boundary is coincident with the southeasterly boundary of the aforesaid 20-foot permanent utility easement.
