ABSTRACT NO.46
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46, College Station,
Brazos County, Texas and being a part of a 9.07 acre tract; said parcel
being the same tract of land conveyed to Century Brazos Inc., a Texas
Corporation, by Carl E. Moore as shown by deed recorded in Volume 652, Page
294 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron pipe found marking the southerly corner of the
aforementioned 9.07 acre tract; said point also lies in the west right—of—
way line of State Highway No. 6 — East Bypass said corner also is the common
corner of the Charles Cemino tract and the aforementioned 9.07 acre tract;
THENCE N 45° 27' 00" W for a distance of 13.59 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE N 01° 56' 01" E for a distance of 37.29 feet to a point for
angle point;
THENCE N 00° 50' 35" E for a distance of 569.93 feet to a point for
corner;
