THAT, ROBERT MURPHY and wife , MILDRED P . MURPHY; MILTON W. BELL
and wife , JOYCE P . BELL; TRACY R. PETERS and wife , MARY ELIZABETH

Trustee and Independent Executor for the Estate of Douglas L.

TEXAS , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , have GRANTED,
SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, SELL, and
COAIV.E-Y. unto the said CITY OF BRYAN, a Texas Municipal Corporation
certain rights and interests in the nature of a perpetual
EASEMENT on and through the following described property:

through that 16 acre tract in the J .W. Scott
League in Brazos County, Texas, conveyed to
Robert Murphy. and wife, Mildred P. Murphy;
Milton W. Bell and wife, Joyce P. Bell; Tracy
R. Peters and wife, Mary Elizabeth "Mollie"
Peters, by Gift Deed recorded in Volume 650
Page 319 , of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas.
Provided , however , that this conveyance shall grant the rights

Being a strip of land in the J.W. Scott League in Brazos County,
Texas , twenty ( 20 ' ) feet in width through that 16 acre tract
conveyed to D.L. Peters by deed recorded in Volume 117, Page 314
of the Deed Records of Brazos County , Texas , and through the
remainder of that 20 acre tract described in deed to W. T . Wood
recorded in Volume 28 , Page 214 of the Deed Records of Brazos
