JONES Being a strip of land 20 feet wide for a permanent water transmission line easement situated in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract 7, in Brazos County, Texas, being a part of the remaining portion of a 195.92 acre tract belonging to O.D. Butler and E.G. Jones, described by deed recorded in Volume 279, Page 224 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and the centerline of said 20-foot easement being more fully described as follows: BEGIN at an iron pin in the west corner of a 6.79 acre tract conveyed to Edsel G.
