THAT GALINDO-WOOD, INC. , a Texas corporation, 4103 Texas
Avenue, Suite 204, City of Bryan, County of Brazos and State of
Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to the
undersigned paid by the Grantee herein named, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED,
and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, P. O. Box 9960, City of College Station, County
of Brazos and State of Texas, in accordance with the Park Land
Dedication Ordinance, all of the following described real
property in Brazos County, Texas, to-wit:
Being a 10.000 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the Richard Carter League, Abstract No. 8, Brazos
County, Texas, and being a portion of a 99.055 acre tract of land
known as University Park Section II Subdivision in College
Station, Texas, as platted and recorded in Volume 502, Page 501
of the Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas and being more properly
described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein for all purposes.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
All valid and subsisting easements, restrictions, rights of way,
conditions, exceptions, reservations and covenants of whatsoever
nature of record, if any, and also to the zoning laws and other
restrictions, regulations, ordinances and statutes of municipal
or other governmental authorities applicable to and enforceable
against the described premises .
Estate created by oil, gas and mineral lease granted to Amoco
Production Company by Fannie Putz in instrument dated May 5,
1977, recorded in Volume 26, Page 400, of the Oil, Gas and
Mineral Lease records of Brazos County, Texas, and all terms,
conditions and stipulations contained therein.
Visible and apparent easements on or across the property herein
described.

in instrument dated March 4, 1948, recorded in Volume 139, Page

with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in
anywise belonging, unto the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever; and Grantor does hereby bind itself, its
successors and assigns, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and
