KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS *
THAT, FREDDIE LEE CURRY and wife, GLADYS M. CURRY, GRANTORS ,
of the County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration
of the payment of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid to GRANTOR( s) by the
City of College Station, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged ,
HAVE GRANTED, SOLD, AND CONVEYED and by these present do GRANT,
SELL, and CONVEY unto the said City of College Station, a Texas
Municipal Corporation certain rights and interests in the nature
of an EASEMENT on and through the following described property:
Being situated in the Robert Stevenson League in Brazos
County, Texas and being a 1 acre tract of land conveyed to
Freddie Lee Curry and wife, Gladys M. Curry, and Bennie H.
Luedke and wife, Murvis J. Luedke by PESCO Corp. , Inc. , a
Texas Corporation, by deed recorded in Volume 356, Page 474
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas .
Provided however, that this conveyance shall grant the rights
herein specified only as to that portion of the above described
property more particularly described by course, width, and
centerline on the attached Exhibit " A" , known as the " Easement
Area" , and any additional area outside the easement area
necessary to install and attach anchors and guy lines or wires .
To erect , construct , install , and thereafter use, operate,
inspect , repair, maintain, reconstruct, modify, and remove the
following :

Electric transmission and distribution lines
upon, over, and across said property as herein described and any
ways, streets, roads, or alleys abutting same; and to cut, trim
and control the growth of trees and other vegetation on and in
the easement area or on adjoining property of Grantor, which
might interfere with or threaten the operation and maintenance of
any public utility equipment, accessories, or operations . It is
understood and agreed that any and all equipment, poles, and
facilities placed upon said property shall remain the property of
Grantee .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights and interests herein described
unto the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, and its succesors and
assigns forever, and GRANTOR( s) DOES hereby bind themselves ,
their heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend, all and
singular, these rights and interests unto the CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, and its successors and assigns, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming , or the claim same, or any
part thereof.

Being all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being
situated in the Robert Stevenson League, in Brazos County, Texas, and
being a part of that 1 acre tract of land conveyed to Freddie Lee Curry
and wife, Gladys M. Curry, and Bennie H. Luedke and wife, Murvis J.
Luedke by PESCO Corp. , Inc. , a Texas Corporation, by deed recorded
in volume 356 page 474 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and
being more particularly described by the following centerline
description:
The following is a centerline description of a twenty-foot (20' ) wide
utility easement, said easement to be measured ten (10) feet in width
on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at a point located two (2) feet outside the most easterly
corner of the property, said corner being also in the northwesterly
right-of-way line of Rock Prairie County Road.
Thence along centerline S 450 W for a distance of approximately 347
feet to the point-of exit from said property, said point being located
two (2) feet outside the most southerly corner of the property, the same
corner being in the northwest right-of-way line of Rock Prairie County ,_
