Know all men by these presents, that I, Don Dale
of the County of Brazos , State of mcwas , for and in consideration of
the sum of one ($1. 00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas,
a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas, duly incorporated under the general
• laws of the tate of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold,
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College
Station, Texas, certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through
the following described property.
Field notes of a 15 foot wide easement, lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas, also being part of the
Don Dale tract of land and being a strip of land 7.5 feet .each side of the following
described center line:
BEGINNING at a point in the rear line of the proposed Tinsley Square Sub-
division located N 46° 19' '00" E 200.0 feet and S 47° 10' 00" E 7.51 feet from the
west corner on Texas Avenue of said proposed Tinsley Square Subdivision same being
the south corner of the Washington Baptist Church tract described in Volume 44,
Page 556, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas ;
THENCE N 46° 19; 00" E 34.50 feet;
THENCE N 34° 19' 40" W 124.74 feet;
THENCE N 47° 08' 45" E 329.82 feet to the end of this easement at the
intersection with an existing 8" diameter sanitary sewer Tine.

To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns forever and I do hereby
bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend, all
and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City of College Station, Texas, and its
successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim
the same, or any part thereof.
