Field notes for 9, 169 square feet of land more or less out of the La Quinta Motor Inn tract located along the northwesterly right-of- way of Live Oak Street, College Station, Texas and being more particularly described . as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northeasterly right-of-way of Texas Avenue and the northwesterly right-of-way of Live Oak Street. • • Thence: N 44 ° 01 ' 00" E a distance of 611. 95 feet along the northwesterly right-of- way of Live Oak Street to a point being the northeastern corner of the La Quinta Motor Inn tract and of this easement common to the southeastern corner of the Norman Beal tract.
