X KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
COUNTY OF BRAZOS X
That La Quinta Motor Inns , Inc . , a Delaware corporation,
for and in consideration of One Dollars ($1. 00) to it in hand
paid by the City of College Station, Texas , has and by these
presents does grant unto said City, its successors and assigns ,
a 15 foot easement for the installation of water and sanitary
sewer lines under, over and across the following described
land located in Brazos County, Texas :
See Attached Exhibit "A"
together with the rights of ingress and egress to or from said
easement for the purpose of constructing, inspecting, repair-
ing, maintaining and removing said water and sanitary sewer
lines .

Legal description for a 15. 00 foot utility easement to be granted to
the City of College Station, Texas by La Quinta Motor Inns , Texas
Avenue and Live Oak Street, College Station, Texas .
Field notes for 9, 169 square feet of land more or less out of the
La Quinta Motor Inn tract located along the northwesterly right-of-
way of Live Oak Street, College Station, Texas and being more
particularly described . as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
northeasterly right-of-way of Texas Avenue and
the northwesterly right-of-way of Live Oak Street.

• Thence: N 44 ° 01 ' 00" E a distance of 611. 95
feet along the northwesterly right-of-
way of Live Oak Street to a point being
the northeastern corner of the La Quinta
Motor Inn tract and of this easement
common to the southeastern corner of the
Norman Beal tract.
Thence: N 48° 31 ' 57" W a distance of 15 . 01 feet
along the northeasterly boundary of the
La Quinta Motor Inn tract common to the
Norman Beal tract to a point establishing
the northwestern corner of this easement.
Thence: S 44° 01 ' 00" W a distanca of 610. 77 feet
along a line parallel to the northwesterly
right-of-way of Live Oak Street establishing
the northwesterly line of this easement to
a _Point on the northeasterly right-of-way
of Texas Avenue establishing the southwestern
corner of this easement.
Thence: S 44 ° 02 ' 20" E a distance of 15 . 01 feet along
the northeasterly right-of-way of Texas Avenue
to a point being the southeastern corner of
the La Quinta Motor Inn tract and of this
easement, POINT OF BEGINNING and POINT OF
CLOSURE containing 9 , 169 square feet of land
more or less .
