ly Brazos, State of Texas, for and in the consideration of the sum of $ 1.00
and the further consideration of the enhancement of the value of the land,
paid by and moving from the City of College Station, a Municipal Corporation
of Brazos County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
and convey unto the City of College Station, its successors and assigns, a
right-of-way easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining an
Electrical Line
of said City, across a certain tract of land situated in Brazos County, Texas,
described as follows:
Being a 112.11 acre tract of land, lying in the Morgan Rertnr r,Pagl1P
Abstract 46. Brazos County. Texas, and being that tract conveyed to F. W.
Schultz. M. L. Cashion, and Bryco. Incorporated, dba Raintree fevclnpment
Joint Venture by Property Investments - Venture I, by deed recorded in Vn1-
ume 367, page 61 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.

Said right-of-way easement being more particularly described as follows:
BEING a strip of land twenty-five (25) feet in width, and lying adjacent
to and running parallel with the following described line:
BEGINNING at the south corner of the aforementioned 112.11 acre tract,
said corner also being the east corner of the Glynn A. Williams tract described.
in Volume 252, page 445 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. •

THENCE•N 42°09'33" E along the common line between the aforesaid 112.11
acre tract and a tract of land conveyed to Clement A. Fojtik and recorded in
Volume 247, page 657 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, for a dis-
tance of 886.43 feet to a point for angle point:
THENCE N '41°14'32" E for a distance of 235 ± feet to the point of inter-
section with an existing electrical line easement to the City of College
Station, Texas for end of said easement.

It is specifically understood that the City of College Station and
its assigns shall be granted free ingress, egress, and regress to and from
said strip of land for the purpose of making improvements on, and repairs
to the aforesaid, as shall be necessary and convenient at all times.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said City of College Station, Texas, a
Municipal Corporation as aforesaid, for the purposes aforesaid, the promises
above described.
