AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 7, 1, 8 AND 6, BLOCK 2, OF THE KAPCHINSKIE
SUBDIVISION, FROM DISTRICT NO. 1, FIRST DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT TO
DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on
April 27, 1970 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 7, 1, 8 and 6, Block 2, of the
Kapchinskie Subdivision, from District No. 1, first dwelling house district to
District No. 4, First Business District, and it is so ordained that said change be
effective immediately,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of April, 1970.
