AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 690, BY CHANGING THE TIME OF SUBMISSION
OF FINAL PLATS.
It has been determined that the ten (10) days filing time for Final Plats,
prior to consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission, is not
adequate for proper study and analysis by the City Departments; therefor:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Ordinance No. 690 is amended as follows:
SECTION 6-D.3. is deleted, and the following is substituted therefor:
6-D.3. Time of Filing: Five (5) copies of the Final Plat,
together with a film positive thereof, two (2) sets of con-
struction plans and documents, tax payment certificates, and
a formal application requesting approval, shall be filed with
the City Secretary, with the filing fee, at least fourteen (14)
days prior to the meeting of the Commission at which it is to
be considered. A Final Plat will not be considered unless a
Preliminary Plat has been filed and approved, except in the case
of dedication of land for a street, park, school site, or drain-
age easements.
