AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 266, REGULATING THE RATE FOR
WATER CONNECTION FEE, SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION FEE, AND PROVIDING
FOR TEMPORARY ELECTRIC SERVICE FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
Section 1. Schedule of Rates to be Charged for Water Connections, Sanitary Sewer
Connections and Temporary Electric Services, shall be in accordance with the schedule
as follows:
A. Water Connections:
3/4 inch water meter
$ 75.00
1 inch water meter
125.00
1 1/2 inch water meter
225.00
2 inch water meter
300.00
B. Sanitary Sewer Connections: 60.00
C. Temporary Electric Service: 15.00
All material and equipment used in making any utility connection remains the
property of the City of College Station, Texas.
Ordinance No. 266 regulating the rate for water connection fee, sanitary sewer
connection fee, and providing for temporary electric service fee, is hereby repealed,
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
