AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AHTUORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, °T,EXAS):
Section 1. On the 28th day of June, 1�)7:q, at 7-00 p.m. o'clock, [er'a the City

(Chapte i'64, Acts of the 58th Legislature, Regular Session, 1963; compiled

Sectidia 3. °Th' importance of this ordinance creates an emergency and an
imperative public necessity that the rule requiring ordinances to be read at
three several meetings be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended, and
the ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption.
