PART : That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of the remaining
provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect.
PART 3: That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be deemed liable for a civil offense and/or guilty of a Class C misdemeanor,
and, upon a finding of liability thereof, shall be punished by a civil penalty of not

That Chapter 10, "Traffic CodeSection 4 "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations",
E "Parking Regulations for Certain Described Areas", (1) "Traffic Schedule XIV — No Parking
Here to Comer or No Parking at Any Time", is hereby amended to include the following:
No Parking on the east side of First Street between Church Avenue and Louise Street. This parking
removal will begin on December 1, 2014 expire and terminate on July 1, 2015.
