Planning & Zoning Commissions

The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Workshop Meeting with COCS & COB Planning and Zoning Commissions.
1. Call to order.
2. Introduction of City of Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
3. Introduction of City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
4. Presentation by a representative from the Traditions Acquisition Partnership, L.P. regarding the
proposed Atlas development adjacent to the Texas A&M Health Science Center campus.
5. Staff presentation and discussion regarding the City of Bryan's Residential — Neighborhood
Conservation (R -NC) zoning classification.
6. Staff presentation and discussion regarding the City of College Station's Medical District Master
Plan.
7. Discussion on future joint meeting agenda items.
8. Adjourn.
Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071} ; possible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or attorney-client
privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney-client privileged
information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, an executive session will be held.
Notice is hereby given that a Joint Workshop Meeting of the College Station and Bryan Planning & Zoning Commissions, will be held on
May 29, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at City of Bryan Council Chambers, 300 South Texas Avenue, Bryan, Texas. The following subjects will be
discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
