The City Council may or may not attend the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Regular Meeting
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of April 8,
2014.
5. Presentation by Kelly Kelbly on the 2014 Games of Texas events.
6. Presentation and discussion of FY15 budget items.
7. Discussion over the HPC meeting with the City Manager's Office, Debe Shafer and
Councilman Nichols.
8. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital Improvements
Program:
Capital Improvements and Park Land Dedication Project Lists of May 2014.

Northpoint Crossing Ph 2 (Neighborhood Zone 1, Community Zone C)
Copperfield Apartments (Neighborhood Zone 4, Community Zone C)
9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall
be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
