Workshop City Council Meeting
May 7, 1980
4:00 P.M.
Mayor Halter, Councilmen Ringer, Boughton, Kelly, Jones, Runnels,
City Secretary Schroeder, Assistant City Manager, Finance Van Dever
Councilman Dozier, City Manager Bardell
Agenda Item No. 1--Discussion of Council procedures and policies.
This item was delayed until further in the meeting to allow Councilmen Ringer
and Runnels to be present.
Agenda Item No. 2--Disucssion of date for public hearin~ for 1980-1981 Revenue
Sharing and Operating Budget.
Finance Director Van Dever asked that the Council set the date for May 22, 1980
for the public hearing.
Councilman Boughton moved to set May 22 for the date for the public hearing.
Councilman Kelly seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
A~enda Item No. 1-
Mayor Halter presented a list of items for the Council discussion concerning
policies and procedures, and asked the Council's pleasure concerning these items.
Agenda Item No. 3--Adjourn.
Mayor Halter declared the meeting adjourned.
