obstruction, utility lines and driving hazards to both those in automo-

to study the extensive document.

MINUTES, City Council Workshop Meeting
May 10, 1978
4: 00 P.M.
Mayor Bravenec suggested that a Bureau of Outdoor Recreation application
be begun at this time. He also suggested that a tentative schedule for
the selling of bonds and designated spending of the revenues be deter-
mined.
City Manager Bardell recommended the sale of all bonds at one time, on
the basis that all items are needed at this time and that bond prices
continue rising. The cost per dollar realized becomes much higher when
bond sales are issued at different times.
The house on the Arnold Park property has been offered for sale to the
City. Councilman Boughton suggested the price was excessive.
City Manager Bardell said the Parks Department would look at the property
and make recommendations to the Council.
