northeast corner of Tarrow Street and University Drive. This water main could
be relocated by the owner of the property under the following conditions:

At owner's expense, the City will permit relocation of the 20-inch water
main in accordance with the City's specifications so that it falls in the

said Tarrow Street right-of-way or other location mutually acceptable to
the City and the owner.

Service to the City of College Station shall not be interrupted except for
short periods of time as determined by the City to be safe and permit continued
service to the City for its storage facilities.
Se
The City would abandon the present easement occupied by said 20-inch
water main when the substitute relocated main is in service. The City will
execute such instruments as necessary to achieve this.
