Rhodes, Holt; City Attorney Sandstedt, City Manager Boswell.

W City Secretary Manning was excused from this meeting.

On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Holleman, minutes
of meeting of November 30, 1961+, were approved.

Ct� On motion by Councilman Holt, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, payment
Q of $9,000 on $19,000 note and renewal of note for $10,000 at the University
0 National Bank was authorized.

On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, the bid
on an automobile for the police department from the Brazos Motor Company
was accepted.
On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Holt, bids on Bee
Creek drainage improvements were referred to the city manager for his
recommendation at the next council meeting.
Meeting was adjourned subject to call.
