AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENI
IN ASHFORD SQUARE SUBDIVISION, LOT 4, BLOCK B, SAID SUBDIVISION BEING PLATTED
AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 590, PAGE 269, DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS, COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Pursuant to an application and request filed with the City of College Station,
College Station, Texas, November 16, 1983 that a 3-foot wide strip of land
for the purpose of a public utility easement and being part of Lot 4, Block
B Ashford Square Subdivision, platted and recorded in Volume 5go, Page 269,
and its centerline being more properly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northern most corner of Lot 5, Block D, Ashford Square
Subdivision;
THENCE S 45o 08' 29" E for a distance of 32.00 feet;
THENCE N 44o 37' 14" E for a distance of 16.5 feet to the point of beginning.
THENCE S 45o 08' 29" E for a distance of 92.50 feet to the end of said
easement.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
this the 26th day of January 1984.
