BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on December 8~ 1983, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city limits; AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following: To rezone or change the classlflcation of the followlng three (3) tracts of land all lying and being situated In the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract 7, and the Robert Stevenson League, Abstract 5~, Brazos County, Texas, and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows: TRACT NO. 1 Metes and bounds descrlptlon of all that certain 2.00 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract 7, Brazos County, Texas and being a portion of a 156.68 acre tract conveyed to People's Mortgage Company of Llano by deed recorded In volume 587, page 220 of the deed records of Brazos County, Texas. Said 2.00 acre tract being more particularly described as follows: C0MME/ICING at a rallroad cross-tie marking Lhe most northwesterly interior e]l of the said 156.68 acre tract; THENCE S 3~°55'52'' E for a distance of 585.18 feet to a point for corner and the PLACE OF BEGINNING} THENCE S 38°02~59'' E for a distance of 250.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 51°57~01'' E for a distance of 32h.01 feet to a point for corner and the begin- nih9 of a curve concave to the west; THENCE along the arc of said cur~e for a distance of 39.27 feet to a point for corner, (Curve Data: Central Angle = 90 00~00", Radius 25.00 feet, Tangent = 25.00 feet, The chord bears N 06°57'01'' E for a distance of 35.36 feet); THENCE N 38°02~59'' W for a distance of 225.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE S 51°57~01" W for a distance of 3~9.01 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and conta~n- lng 2.00 acres of land more or less, from Agriculture Open District A-O to Neighborhood- Business District C-N. TRACT NO. 3 Metes and bounds description of all that certain 138.29 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being situated In the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract 7 and the Robert Stevenson League, Abstract 54, Brazos County, Texas, and being all or a portlon of the following descrlbed tracts: A portion of a 156.¢8 acre tract conveyed to People's Mortgage Company of Llano by deed recorded in volume 587, page 220 of the deed records of Brazos County, Texas· All of an 8.41 acre tract conveyed to People's Mortgage Company of Llano by deed recorded in volume 594, page 142, of the deed records of Brazos County, Texas. All of a 1.29 acre tract conveyed to Earl W. Curtis, et ux, by deed recorded in volume 319, page 630 of the deed records of Brazos County, Texas. Sald 13~.2. acre tract belnr~ more partlcularly described Dy metes and bounds as follows: BEGIIII'ING at a 1 inch Iron pipe found marking the southeast corner of the sald 8.41 acre tract, said plpe also lying on the northwest llne of a county road commonly referred to as Arnold Road; THENCE N 43°44~42' W with the northeast line of the said 8.41 acre tract for a distance of 1062.79 feet to a 1/2 Inch Iron rod found for corner, said iron rod also marking the northeast corner of the said 8.41 acre tract and also marking the southeast corner of a 20.0 acre tract conveyed to W. D. Fitch by deed recorded in volume 542, page 526 of the deed records of Brazos County, Texas; THENCE S 51°59~35' N with the common line of the said 8.41 acre tract and the N. D.
