AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION 5C OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, RELATING TO
PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that Chapter 4, Section 5C of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION C: PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
A violation of the provisions of this section shall be deemed a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the v~olator shall be
subject to a fine not exceeding twenty-five ($25.00) dollars."
II.
Thls section shall be and become effective from and after its
passage in accordance with the City Charter of the Czty of
College Station.
