WHEREAS, the City Council met in closed session on the 26th
of April, 1984, and the 10th of May, 1984, to discuss the
purchase price of the property located at 1210 Foster Street,
College Station, Texas; which property was sold to the City
by Dr. Stephen W.F. Seager on March 28, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the City of College
Station owed Dr. Seager Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)
for the purchase price of this transaction as a result of a
mathematical error.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Director of Finance
is authorized to issue Dr. Seager a check for Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($250.00) from unappropriated funds from the
G.O.B.-1982 account.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 10th
1984.
