AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4,
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
SECTION iOM OF THE CODE OF
STATION, TEXAS, RELATING TO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that Chapter 4, Section 10M of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION IOM: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
Any person who violates any provision of thls section is guilty
of a misdemeanor and may be charged with a separate offense for
each day or portion of a day during which the violation is
committed, continued, or permitted; and each offense under this
section is punishable by a f~ne of not less than twenty-f~ve
($25.00) dollars and not more than two hundred ($200.00)
dollars."
