AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7,
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
SECTION 3C OF THE CODE OF
STATION, TEXAS, RELATING TO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that Chapter 7, Section 3C of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3C: PENALTY
Any person, firm or corporation who shall knowingly cause or
create any public nuisance, or permit any public nuisance to be
created or to be placed upon or to remain upon any premises owned
or occupied by him or them shall, upon conviction thereof, be
punished by being subject to a fine in the sum of not less than
one ($1.00) dollar and not more than two hundred ($200.00)
dollars for each such offense, together with cost of
prosecution."
