AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, SECTION 8F(3} and Section 8F(5)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS,
RELATING TO PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that Chapter 8, Section 8F(3) and Section 8F(5)
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 8F(3): PENALTIES
Any person who violates any provisions of this subsection shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be
subject to a fine of not less than fifty ($50.00) dollars and not
more than two hundred ($200.00) dollars.
SECTION 8F(5): ADDITIONAL PENALTIES
Any person who violates any provisions of paragraph (4) of this
subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty
($50.00) dollars and not more than two hundred ($200.00)
dollars."
II.
This section shall be and become effective from and after its
passage in accordance with the City Charter of the City of
College Station.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 22 day of November ,
1983.
