AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2F(2)
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
OF THE CODE OF
TEXAS, RELATING TO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that Chapter 2, Section 2F(2) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2F(2): ANIMALS AND FOWL NOT PERMITTED TO RUN AT LARGE
(2) The act of allowing animals or fowl to run at large, whether
committed by negligence or design, is hereby declared to be a
public nuisance. Such violation shall constitute a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not
less than five ($5.00) dollars nor more than two hundred
($200.00) dollars."
