STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM APARTMENTS LOW DENSITY DISTRICT R-q TO AOMINISTRA-
TIVE - PROFESSIONAL OISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINEO BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, October 2?, 1983 on the question of rezoning certain
areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classificatlon of all of Lot lq Block T University ParL
Section II subdivision, College Station, Brazos County, Texas as filed in Volume 523
Page q39 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Apartments Lo~ Density
District R-h to Administrative-Professional District A-P.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately,
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27~h day of October , 1983.
