CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, RELATING TO UTILITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
I.
TI{AT CHAPTER 11, SECTION 1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF COLLEGE
IS HEREBY ~IENDED BY THE DELETION OF THE FOLLOWING
THAT CHAPTER 11,
STATION, TEXAS,
SUB-SECTION:
Contractors.
II.
SECTION 1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF COLLEGE
IS HEREBY ~.~NDED BY THE DELETION OF THE FOLLOWING
H. Guarantees Other Than Bonds.
III.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
repealed to the extent of the conflict only.
IV.
And, it is ordained that this ordinance shall become effective from
and after its passage in accordance with the City Charter of the City
of College Station.
