AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2, 3, q, 21, 22, 23 & 2~ BLOCK 4 PRAIRIE VIEW HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZ05 COUNTY, TEXAS FROM COMMERClAL-INOUSTRIAL DISTRICT
C-2 TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT C-N AND SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Councll held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 on
on the question of rezonlng certain areas
within the City Limlts;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classlfication of Lots 3, 4, 21 and 22 Block 4 Prairie View
Heights Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County, Texas from Commercial-Industrial
District C-2 to Single Family Resldentlal District R-l; and
To rezone or change the class~flcatlon of Lots 1, 2, 23 & 2q Block 4 Prairie View Heights
Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County, Texas from Commercial-Industrial District
C-2 to Neighborhood Business Oistrict C-N.
And, it is ordained that sald changes shall become effective immediately.
