AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT lq BLOCK 1 OF THE GORZYCKI SUBDIVISION FROM DUPLEX
DISTRICT R-2 TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-].
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing
Thursday, April 14, 1983

on the question of rezonlng certain
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following;
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot lq Block I of the Gorzycki Sub-
division in the City of College Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume ~q
Page 278 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Duplex District R-2 to
General Commercial District C-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
