A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION AND A MEDICAL DIRECTOR
FOR AN ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE OPERATION.
WHEREAS, on the llth of September, 1986, the City Council
met in its regular meeting and considered a
proposed agreement between the city and Dr. Richard
Herron, for the performance of services as Medical
Director for the EMS program operated by the College
Station Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas, determined that said agreement would be in
the best interest of the City; and,
WHEREAS, the agreement so approved and duly executed for the
term of one-year is expiring and must be renewed
in order to enable Dr. Richard Herron to act as
the authorized Medical Director for the city-operated
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Ambulance Operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of College Station, Texas, that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with Dr. Richard
Herron for the performance of services as Medical Director.
