met in its regular meeting and discussed a proposed agree-
ment for the leasing of the Old City Hall property located
at 101 Church Street to Donald and Cheryl Anz; and
WHEREAS, on August 5 and 12, 1987, the City of College Sta-
tion published for bids for the sale or lease of the Old
City Hall property; and

WHEREAS, August 26, 1987 was the last date to accept
bids for the sale or lease of the Old City Hall property;
and
WHEREAS, the City of College received one bid, from Donald
and Cheryl Anz; and
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of College Station has
determined that it would be in the best interest of the
t City to lease the Old City Hall property to Donald and
.: ~. Cheryl Anz;
...... ~.~.! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the
..~-.._.. City of College Station, Texas, That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement with Donald and
.... ,....-~i Cheryl Anz for the Old City Hall property at 101 Church
.......... · Street in College Station.
