.--- CONSIDE TION OF A RESOLUTION SETTIN THE FEE FOR CIRCUS

~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station by
~?~=3: ordinance has amended Section 4 of Chapter 4 of the Code of
~%.~'i Ordinances of the City of College Station, regulating car-
~ n~vals, circuses, menageries, sideshows, and concessions,
%~ WHEREAS, the Amendment requires the payment of a license
~--].I application fee to the City of College Station upon submis-

WHEREAS, the ordinance requires that the application fee be
~ set by City Council; and

~ WHEREAS, the C~ty Council heard evidence that the appl~ca-
~...~ tion fee should be set at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per
~ application.

%~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the application fee is
hereby set at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each appli-
cation for a license for the operation of a carnival, cir-
cus, menagerie, sideshow, and concession pursuant to Sec-
tion 4 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of College Station.
