AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 4C, 4D, 14C and 14D BLOCK 18B TREEHOUSE PLACE SUBDIVISION
FROM APARTMENTS LOW DENSITY OISTRICT R-4 TO ADMINISTRATIVE-PROFESSIONAL OISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the Clty Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 4:00 P.M. on Wed-
nesday, November 21, 1984 on the question of rezoning certain property within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 4C, 4D, lqC and lqD Block 18B
Treehouse Place Subdlvislon, a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas,
according to plat filed In Volume 523 page 435 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
from Apartments Low Denslty Oistrlct R-4 to Admlnistratlve-Professional District A-P.
And, iL is ordained that sald change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November, 1~84.
