HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-1537 - Ordinance - 06/28/1984ORDINANCE NO. 1537 AN ORDINANCE CONVEYING AN EASEMENT ON LOT 29 IN BLOCK 2, WINDWOOD SUBDIVISION, PHASE III, COLLEGE STATION, ERAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, TO JOE DiBACCO FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION GIVEN. WHEREAS, on June 14, 1984, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, heard the application of Joe DiBacco for the abandonment of an easement located at Lot 29, Block 2, Windwood Subdivision, Phase III, as depicted on plat recorded in Volume 527, Page 585, of the Brazos County Deed Records in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and having heard the evidence the City Council was of the opinion that the ten foot (10') utility easement located at the rear of the lot described was not necessary for the service of utilities to that lot and the neighboring lots in the Windwood Subdivision, Phase III~ and WHEREAS, the City Council found that Ninety-five Dollars ($95.00) was the value of the ten foot (10') easement across the lot described. BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, TEAT= For and in consideration of Ninety-five Dollars ($95.00) the City Council of the City of College Station hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City to execute a quit-claim deed to convey the ten foot (10') utility easement located on the rear lot line of Lot 29, Block 2, Windwood Subdivision, Phase III, as depicted on plat recorded in Volume 527, page 585, of the Brazos County Deed Records in the City of College Station, to Joe DiBacco. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of June, 1984. ATTEST: CITY SECRETA~/
